We are a high-performance driving school, outstanding among Massachusetts driving schools for our diversity and personal style of driving instruction. We offer comprehensive driving courses for first-time drivers, private driving lessons, intensive driving lessons to help you improve on your most difficult skills, and a package of defensive driving lessons much like the DMV defensive driving course.

Our driving instructors have been giving driving lessons for years, and through their experience they know the qualities that compromise a competent driver. They are all professionals in driving education and Certified by the Registry of Motor Vehicles of Massachuesetts (RMV). Our driving courses are accredited by the RMV, and our drivers training cars are dual-controlled and air-conditioned, to keep you comfortable.

We offer both complete courses of driver training, for adults and for teenagers, as well as six-session defensive driving courses, a la carte 1-hour classes, and personalized one-on-one driver education. We even have crash course driving lessons which culminate in a trip to the RMV to take your road test! We hope our programs will be an enjoyable experience, setting the proper foundation for a lifetime of safe driving habits.

Putting down Estonian roots
When ... moved his family to the United States from Tallinn, Estonia, more than 10 years ago, he pursued his love of drivers education and quickly became a popular and well-respected driving instructor in the Boston area. Seeing the need for more behind the wheel driving schools in the area, decided that he and his family could start their own local driving school. While it was clear that had passed on his passion for teaching driver ed to his daughter, it was less certain whether she had inherited his entrepreneurial spirit. It took some convincing — they debated for months — but soon enough, caught her father’s excitement. They brainstormed many potential names and logos, but eventually settled on something plain and simple.

Branching out, reaching the community
“Time for another driving school,” said in 2007. Not only had ... noticed that many requests Auto Driving School was receiving were from students around Sharon, but she had just moved to that area and could see firsthand that more drivers ed schools were needed. As an accomplished driving school instructor both in drivers ed classes and behind the wheel at the Auto Driving School, where results were extremely good, ... felt she could bring a new driving school to Sharon. With the new branch, she hoped to reach teens from all around the South Shore with her student driving classes, and instill them with the principles of safe driving. Placing the new driving academy right in Sharon was an easy choice — close to residential areas, students could come and go from their driving lessons conveniently, and the strong Russian community of the South Shore was a perfect match for instructors speaking both English and Russian. The Sharon Auto Driving School opened last winter, with high hopes.

Commitment and unique learning environment
The drivers education classes ... and offer are fun, practical, and educational, with enough variety that even experienced drivers can keep on learning. Their defensive driving classes are very popular and RMV accredited as a defensive driving course. Defensive driving education is an important focus for them, with many students who have recently come from other countries and handle a vehicle readily but need help adjusting to the laws and culture of driving in Massachusetts. Driving education classes don’t have to stop when you get your license — advanced students can choose intensive courses driving one-on-one with an instructor to perfect techniques or work on problem areas. With , driving education courses are for everyone.

The Sharon Auto Driving School uses current, state-of-the-art materials and cars which are regularly serviced and maintained. Keeping drivers education courses up-to-date with changing state laws and new car features is challenging, but the driver education course material at all of ... and driving schools includes brand new videos and DVDs, and readings from the most recent driver ed books. When the students move on to their car driving lessons, they learn and take their drivers test in new dual-brake cars, with all the latest technology. That’s especially helpful during defensive driving training! With automatic driving lessons, students can focus on controlling the vehicle through maneuvers before proceeding to stick shifts.

One noticeable difference between ... and driving training and other driving school courses is that they let their students drive the car from the first driving lesson. “There are also studies in a classroom, but the students learn more quickly if they are at the wheel from the beginning,” says ... Since they teach students of all ages, and 98% pass their road test driving exam on the first try after their driving school lessons, this approach seems to help everyone, not just teen drivers.
